Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, take food and drink orders, and serve meals promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to create a great dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and sushi chefs to ensure order accuracy.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Prior restaurant serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
  • Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to stand and move quickly during busy hours.
  • Applicants 18 years or older are preferred for shifts involving alcohol service.

Benefits & Compensation

  • $16-$20 per hour base wage, based on experience and fit.
  • Full-time servers may earn approximately $800-$1,200 per week in tips during strong weeks; actual tips vary by shift, schedule, sales volume, and guest tipping.
  • Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time availability.

Fry Cook

Part-Time / Evening Shift

We are looking for a reliable and efficient fry cook to join our kitchen team for the evening shift. You will run the fry station — mainly french fries, fried chicken, and fried shrimp — make sure every fried menu item is prepared to our standards, and keep your work area clean and organized.

Part-time, evening shift

Pay

$18-$22 per hour

Shift

4:30 PM - 9:30 PM, 5 days a week

Station

Fry station: fries, chicken & shrimp

Responsibilities

  • Cook french fries, fried chicken, and fried shrimp along with the rest of our fried menu.
  • Set up and stock the fry station before the dinner rush.
  • Prepare and cook fried dishes according to restaurant recipes.
  • Monitor oil temperatures and ensure oil quality is maintained.
  • Clean and sanitize the fry station and equipment at the end of the shift (9:30 PM).

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven experience as a fry cook or line cook preferred, but we are willing to train.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dinner rush.
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
